We currently serve selected neighbourhoods across Bengaluru and are expanding quickly. Enter your address in the app to check whether we cover your pincode.
When am I charged?
Scheduled services (like house help and deep cleaning) are paid when you book. On-demand repairs are paid only after the work is approved by you and marked complete.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Open the booking in the app and tap Reschedule or Cancel. Cancelling at least 2 hours before the scheduled time — or before a professional is assigned — is free. Later cancellations carry a 50% fee. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do refunds work?
Eligible refunds are credited to your MyHome247 wallet instantly, or back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Are professionals verified?
Yes. Every professional completes identity (KYC) and bank-account verification, and police verification where applicable, before taking jobs. Look for the Verified badge on their profile.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes — paying in cash after the service is available for bookings up to ₹5,000. Larger bookings must be paid online via UPI or wallet.
